Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery of NPI projects within the TPM team, assigning and owning a specific project.
  • •Assess NPI complexity, build resource plans, coordinate staffing, and secure buy-in from engineering functions.
  • •Set and run engineering checkpoints and weekly project meetings, engaging stakeholders for approvals and input.
  • •Guide engineering teams on deliverables and milestones, ensuring integration of required protocols such as IQ/OQ/PQ and DFM/Mold Flow analysis.
  • •Align with Operations on goals and production capacity timing, maintain project trackers (timeline, capital spending, DF(X), design to cost, risk), and act as the escalation point for challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • •At least five years of relevant NPI project experience.
  • •Experienced in regulated environments, including protocol-driven processes such as IQ/OQ/PQ.
  • •Managed, directly or indirectly, a team of at least five people.
  • •PMP certification is an advantage; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
