Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop critical analog, mixed-signal, custom digital block, and full chip integration support.
  • •Perform layout verification and quality checks (LVS/DRC/antenna) and maintain documentation.
  • •Ensure on-time delivery of block-level layouts with acceptable quality.
  • •Lead planning, area/time estimation, scheduling, delegation, and execution across multiple projects and milestones.
  • •Guide team members by reviewing and supporting sub-block layout execution and coordinate with global engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years’ experience in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS process nodes (Planar, FinFET).
  • •BE or MTech in Electronic/VLSI Engineering or related field.
  • •Proficiency with Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphics Calibre DRC/LVS for physical verification.
  • •Hands-on layout creation for critical analog blocks (e.g., PLL, ADC/DAC, LDO, bandgap, comparators).
  • •Strong analog layout fundamentals, including matching and parasitic effects affecting speed, capacitance, power, and area.
