Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure high-quality content benchmarking across BPO teams, supporting setup, onboarding, training, and policy calibration.
  • •Handle content labeling for specific queues, analyze labeled content to identify trends, and run quality evaluation initiatives.
  • •Train models on large labeled datasets and improve capabilities via iterative training and reinforcement learning, including data prep and structuring.
  • •Analyze moderation and labeling data across queues to derive process/market trends and provide impact analysis inputs.
  • •Serve as custodian for quality artifacts and propose technology-enabled improvements for moderation scope outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Be completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • •Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • •Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • •Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and produce actionable insights.
