Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and review EMEA indirect and direct tax compliance, including recurring VAT, CIT, and other tax reporting for EMEA entities.
  • •Prepare and review US GAAP tax provision calculations, including ASC 450 and FIN 48, and assist with local accounting close.
  • •Drive process innovation for EMEA tax compliance operations, partnering with global tax and finance to implement standardized solutions and operational efficiencies.
  • •Coordinate EMEA tax projects including Pillar Two, R&D incentives, e-invoicing, and legal entity rationalization.
  • •Provide strategic support for EMEA tax audits, dispute resolutions, and other tax controversy matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance/Tax or related qualification, plus Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Tax Advisor, or similar.
  • •7+ years indirect and direct tax experience in a Big 4 and/or a multinational company.
  • •2+ years experience in people management.
  • •Broad knowledge of EMEA VAT and CIT rules and tax accounting, including US GAAP tax provisions and deferred tax positions.
  • •Background in tax controversy and audit defense across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
