Job Summary

Join the SRE team to build and ship production-grade software that improves performance, reliability, and observability across critical services. Write and debug backend code, profile APIs under load, and implement fixes from code through database and infrastructure. Collaborate with US-based engineering partners, advance monitoring with logs/metrics/tracing, and help define SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and incident response runbooks to reduce downtime.

•Design, write, and ship production-grade code to fix bugs, improve performance, and increase reliability across services.
•Dive across the stack to diagnose and resolve application issues, implementing code-level fixes when needed.

•Design and evaluate infrastructure solutions, weighing tradeoffs and documenting decision rationale.
•Improve observability (logs, metrics, dashboards, alerts, distributed tracing), and support incident response with runbooks, on-call, and root cause analysis.

•Hands-on experience with distributed systems, Docker, and Kubernetes in production; able to make and defend architectural decisions.
•Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, CloudWatch, or Prometheus, plus strong communication skills.
