•Manage investment activities for a set of major fee revenue accounts, developing and directing programs to achieve client investment objectives.
•Analyze, plan, and continuously revise overall investment strategy in response to changing goals and client needs.
•Oversee investment practice for a market, ensuring adherence to best practices and sound risk management; facilitate peer review and guidelines.
•Lead local team hiring, retention, and development, including execution of initiatives, training, capability rollouts, and partner performance reviews.
•Participate in developing new investment business with sales staff, engaging prospective client situations and representing the market and firm.

•Strong sales and negotiating skills to guide new, sensitive, or difficult situations.
•Leadership and organizational skills to set unit goals/resources and assess/develop staff skills in support of regional and practice priorities.
