Job Summary

Lead Asia Pacific commercialization for Mastercard’s SME commercial payment platform portfolio. Serve as the region’s subject matter expert across virtual cards, spend controls, expense management, and supplier-payment capabilities, bridging global product teams with regional stakeholders. Own regional go-to-market execution, stakeholder enablement, and customer/issuer/fintech engagements from opportunity identification through implementation and adoption. Translate complex payment capabilities into customer value, guide solution architecture and integrations, and use market intelligence to influence product priorities.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the Asia Pacific subject matter expert for Mastercard’s SME payment solutions portfolio, including virtual cards, spend controls, expense management, and supplier-payment capabilities.
•Develop and execute regional go-to-market and commercialization strategies to drive adoption, engagement, and business growth across Asia Pacific markets.
•Partner with business development, account management, product, and regional stakeholders to identify and advance strategic opportunities.
•Support customer, issuer, fintech, and partner engagements across the solution lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution design through implementation and adoption.
•Design and deliver enablement materials, product training, use cases, and commercialization playbooks, and provide guidance on solution architecture, APIs, integrations, and payment flows.

Key Requirements

•Deep experience in commercial payments, card issuing, issuer processing, fintech, embedded finance, or related payment technology with strong B2B use-case understanding.
•Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem including authorization, clearing, settlement, and transaction flows.
•Experience working with API-driven platforms and integrations, able to discuss technical concepts without requiring hands-on software development.
•Experience supporting API-based, platform-based, or integration-heavy payment solutions in customer-facing environments.
•Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across functions, markets, and seniority levels.
