Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Asia Pacific subject matter expert for Mastercard’s SME payment solutions portfolio, including virtual cards, spend controls, expense management, and supplier-payment capabilities.
  • •Develop and execute regional go-to-market and commercialization strategies to drive adoption, engagement, and business growth across Asia Pacific markets.
  • •Partner with business development, account management, product, and regional stakeholders to identify and advance strategic opportunities.
  • •Support customer, issuer, fintech, and partner engagements across the solution lifecycle, from opportunity identification and solution design through implementation and adoption.
  • •Design and deliver enablement materials, product training, use cases, and commercialization playbooks, and provide guidance on solution architecture, APIs, integrations, and payment flows.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience in commercial payments, card issuing, issuer processing, fintech, embedded finance, or related payment technology with strong B2B use-case understanding.
  • •Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem including authorization, clearing, settlement, and transaction flows.
  • •Experience working with API-driven platforms and integrations, able to discuss technical concepts without requiring hands-on software development.
  • •Experience supporting API-based, platform-based, or integration-heavy payment solutions in customer-facing environments.
  • •Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across functions, markets, and seniority levels.
