Process Technician V

Prepare wafers for experimentation and operate reactors to run thin film processes, ensuring systems perform according to best known methods. Conduct SEM-based analyses by preparing cross-section samples, operating scanning electron microscopes, and optimizing imaging conditions (including CD and EDS). Record and evaluate process results, communicate findings to requestors, coordinate lab activities across shifts, and support continuous improvement through troubleshooting and BKM procedure development.
