Key Responsibilities

•Execute Commercial Services PMO standards, processes, and methodologies for project coordination activities.
•Schedule all resources for implementation of client requirements and assist in acquisition of resources.
•Coordinate with FSO Managers, SDO Managers and Project Managers to maintain records of all resources and availability.
•Maintain talent database to meet timeliness and quality standards.
•Analyze backlogs to ensure delivery of projects within required timeframe.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent
•3-5 years of work experience
•1 year of resource coordination experience
•Experience with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe is desirable
•Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
