  • •Attend mediations and settlement conferences as necessary.
  • •Direct and monitor defense counsel to settle litigated claims using monetary authority and strategy.
  • •Establish and maintain reserves and payments; determine and resolve claims while maintaining a pending and closing ratio of 100%."
