Job Summary

Lead the orchestration of the company’s AI transformation by defining and maintaining the long-term AI roadmap and governance. Serve as the strategic bridge between business teams and technical delivery, ideating high-value AI use cases and driving PoCs. Oversee AI architecture standards, and coordinate the integration of AI capabilities into DevOps/platform stacks (LLMOps/MLOps) while supporting upskilling, knowledge sharing, and adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain the long-term AI strategy, guardrails, ethics, and governance framework to enable innovation.
•Act as the primary entry point for business teams to identify high-value AI use cases, bootstrap prototypes, and drive PoCs.
•Define, maintain, and enforce AI architecture patterns, model validation workflows, and best practices across the organization.
•Pilot integration of AI capabilities and model management into existing DevOps and platform engineering stacks (LLMOps/MLOps).
•Coordinate with Digital to define and provision the technical stack (GPUs, compute, AI tooling) and support AI adoption through upskilling and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in software engineering/software architecture, with 3+ years in architectural design or leading AI/ML industrialization projects (MLOps/LLMOps).
•Deep understanding of modern AI ecosystems, including LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex), model hosting, and vector databases.
•Strong knowledge of DevOps, platform engineering, and CI/CD practices applied to data/AI workflows.
•Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to business stakeholders and discuss architecture patterns with senior developers.
•Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
