Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily site supervision of operational activities, including labor, materials, and equipment movement, to keep work on time and within budget.
  • •Maintain acceptable work quality, minimize rework, and ensure assigned works meet company standards with a low reworks percentage target.
  • •Monitor and control latest valid drawings for use, and coordinate activities to deliver as-built outcomes for major work elements.
  • •Enforce safety procedures daily for all supervised workers, report any risks to the site engineer, and support incident reporting and resolution.
  • •Implement HSE initiatives and participate in safety awareness activities in alignment with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in construction/site operations.
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope, objectives, and applicable construction processes.
  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental policies, with experience in project safety programs.
  • •Ensure work is achieved to approved shop drawings, method statements, and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), with strong QA/QC focus.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills.
