Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, performing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve issues or conflicts.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to ensure timely availability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
  • •5+ years working experience in construction, including 3 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials, including structural design.
  • •Proficiency with construction tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD, project management software) and preferably SAP ERP functional skills.
