  • •Optimize the performance and workflow of physical Rider Onboarding Hubs before, during, and after daily sessions.
  • •Design, operationalise, and expand onboarding spaces across the UKI using standardised systems.
  • •Architect and execute the 12-month delivery plan for in-person onboarding balancing expansion with time and cost efficiency.
  • •Travel extensively across the UKI to lead face-to-face onboarding sessions and support regional hub operations.
  • •Manage rider deficits in hard-to-source zones, collaborating on demand forecasting and leading seasonal supply planning campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven operational experience in technology, start-ups, food delivery logistics, or direct experience as a Deliveroo Rider.
  • •Ability to work independently in the field with autonomy and resilience through changing operational priorities.
  • •Strong stakeholder management with empathetic listening and communication to influence internal product teams and manage candidate groups.
  • •Valid UKI driving licence and access to your own vehicle for underserved locations, with flexibility to travel early and late.
  • •Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic (nice to have).
