Serve as a trusted advisor for mutual fund clients, helping them navigate industry changes and achieve strategic goals. Manage client retention, expand services, monitor asset levels, and recommend fee or service updates. Perform monthly risk assessments, research product opportunities, coordinate internal teams, and support client communications, tours, conferences, and audit/regulatory document reviews. Also mentor new personnel and help improve relationship-management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Maximize client retention and expand product development and services for mutual fund clients.
•Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments as needed.
•Conduct monthly client risk assessments and proactively recommend actions to maintain or increase service levels.
•Research clients' products and existing services to identify sales opportunities and coordinate internal meetings to develop strategies.
•Review and approve regulatory/tax documents and related materials, manage challenging client relationships, and participate in committees and conferences.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
•12 to 16 years of experience in a mutual fund related or brokerage industry position.
•Advanced knowledge of the financial services industry and how operations, legal, or accounting principles impact mutual funds.
•Strong client relationship skills, including responding to inquiries and understanding client priorities to support satisfaction.
•Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including ability to build formula-driven Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
