Key Responsibilities

  • •Leading end-to-end design processes: from user research and discovery, through ideation and prototyping, to delivery and iteration.
  • •Designing thoughtful UX and pixel-perfect UI: crafting user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, ensuring scalable and visually coherent designs ready for development.
  • •Measuring impact and iterating continuously: defining and tracking success metrics using tools like Hotjar, Amplitude, and NPS to refine designs based on data-driven insights.
  • •Collaborating cross-functionally: working with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
  • •Contributing to the Design System and design culture: maintaining and expanding the design system, creating reusable components, and participating in team rituals.
