Job Summary

Build and maintain large-scale enterprise ETL pipelines for a global client base as part of the Data & Services Technical Implementation team. Deliver on-time, accurate, high-value data solutions across multiple clients and sectors, acting as an expert data resource. Partner with peers and clients to design streamlined processes, apply data validation and testing, and support robust engineering practices (source control, code reviews) within Mastercard’s Test & Learn platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently execute projects across design, implementation, automation, and maintenance of large-scale enterprise ETL processes.
•Act as an expert data resource within the team for client engagements.
•Deliver on-time, accurate, high-value, robust data solutions across multiple clients, solutions, and industry sectors.
•Build trust-based working relationships with peers and clients across local and global teams.
•Implement best practices, including source control, participating in code reviews, and data validation/testing to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Requirements

•BE/BTech in any discipline.
•Expertise with hands-on experience in RDMS technologies, preferably Microsoft SQL Server and the SSIS stack.
•Proficiency with .Net and at least one scripting language (VB Script, Perl, or Python).
•Proven self-motivated team leader with experience working in teams.
•Ability to balance multiple projects and provide oversight, validation, and quality control for own and team work product.
