Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of Finance programs — from charter and scoping through to testing, go-live, and post-implementation review
•Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans including critical path, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and RAID logs
•Monitor program progress against plan and proactively resolve blockers
•Ensure programs align with Finance PMO governance standards, templates, and operating model
•Build and maintain strong relationships with Finance leads, IT partners, Business Analysts, and vendors

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required; background in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
•4–6 years of program or project management experience within a Finance, Operations, or Technology environment
•PMP certification preferred; Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent a plus
•Experience working with Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) or Finance system implementations (e.g., NetSuite, Kyriba, Brex, Salesforce) preferred
•Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tooling
