  • •Lead and inspire cross-functional, matrix teams to execute deliverables and exceed customer expectations.
  • •Create, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, and key milestones for complex customer engagements.
  • •Drive project tasks to successful completion within schedule and budget; define, track, and report project health and key performance metrics.
  • •Identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and resolve critical issues before they impact delivery.
  • •Manage and prioritize resource allocation across engineering teams to align with core project objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
  • •10+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering leadership roles.
  • •Proven track record driving services engagements and initiatives involving specialized engineering requests (e.g., Analog, SoC, Verification, Package/Board design).
  • •Strong background in IC design, SoC verification, RTL, or IP development.
  • •PMP (or equivalent) project management certification and proven ability to manage multiple complex concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
