Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • •Develop complex custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configure Salesforce with Flows.
  • •Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks, including Gainsight synchronization.
  • •Build scalable data models, ETL processes, and data migration solutions; develop testing strategies across unit, integration, and UAT.
  • •Manage Salesforce deployments across multiple environments and monitor/optimize performance through code optimization, query tuning, and performance analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • •5–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
  • •Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative development (e.g., Flows).
  • •Experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and complex integrations, including integrations between Salesforce and Gainsight, using APIs, Platform Events, and integration technologies.
