Partnership Coordinator to manage and develop the partner network in Cochlea implant communications across Nordbayern, Thuringia, and Saxony. Collaborates with audiology partners and internal Sales, Consumer Engagement, and Clinical teams to ensure high-quality lead handling, CRM data maintenance, and data-driven decision making while supporting partner trainings and network activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop the partner network for Cochlea implants across Nordbayern, Thuringia, and Saxony, ensuring professional partner care along the customer journey.
•Ensure high-quality lead processing and maintain relevant CRM data to support sales and network activities.
•Collaborate closely with Sales, Consumer Engagement and internal interfaces to optimize partner performance and funnel metrics.
•Assist in partner trainings, events and network activities to strengthen relationships and knowledge sharing.
•Support aftercare and upgrade activities to sustain long-term customer relationships while traveling regularly within the regions.
