Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the entire commercial underwriting process for prospects and clients, underwriting and documenting transactions.
  • •Underwrite and analyze client performance using financial statements and business plans, recommending and modeling loan structures and ancillary products.
  • •Manage assigned portfolio by monitoring performance and trends, identifying issues, and driving remediation.
  • •Maintain risk rating integrity, conduct annual reviews and compliance/regulatory reviews, and manage amendments and waivers.
  • •Use credit policy and pricing knowledge to develop client solutions, manage data integrity in loan systems, and provide independent risk recommendations.
