Key Responsibilities

•Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or conduct quality inspections to identify imperfections or needed repairs.
•Support the post-production/reconditioning process to help prepare low-mileage, late-model vehicles for customers.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers.
•Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
•Participate in scheduling needs, including working mandatory overtime when required by business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment in varying weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments).
