Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the day-to-day operations of the CIO Office.
  • •Ensure governance of projects and run CIO Office governance rhythms (weekly, monthly).
  • •Prepare quarterly business reviews with the COO and other governance bodies.
  • •Track and follow up on audit remediation implementation and security group priorities deployment (MFA, DRP, IAM), including security issue closure.
  • •Oversee PPM governance (bi-monthly, PPMC) with dashboarding, and follow up on QoS remediation and monthly headcount.
