Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical execution for projects, including structural stability/strength analyses and regulatory-compliance activities for hydraulic concrete structures.
  • •Prepare structural reports, drawings, and specifications for dam/levee and water conveyance structures.
  • •Support innovation in design and delivery and guide engineers/designers through development of structural design documents and deliverables.
  • •Ensure structural designs are completed per contractual obligations, applicable standards, and design documents, with QA/QC and approval before client release.
  • •Manage proposals, scope, work plans, budgets, and schedules; train, mentor, and develop staff and respond to client comments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering plus 6 years of related experience (or equivalent).
  • •Professional Engineer license.
  • •10+ years of related engineering experience.
  • •Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
