Build customer relationships via branch training, individual and group presentations, direct-mail programs, and follow-up calling. Under the direction of the Financial Advisor, gather client financial and investment goals, support operational and client needs, process new business, and maintain customer records in compliance with OSJ requirements and confidentiality standards.
