Key Responsibilities

  • •Interview and counsel customers to collect financial background and investment goals to support appropriate investment strategies under the Financial Advisor.
  • •Promote and sell NDIP products and services through integrated marketing activities, including branch training, presentations, direct-mail, and follow-up calling.
  • •Cross-sell other bank products and services to new and existing customers to generate new business.
  • •Support team on operational and client-related issues, processing new business and completing new business related functions.
  • •Open and maintain customer accounts, files, and records; prepare required reports and maintain strict confidentiality while staying current on compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field and/or 5+ years related experience.
  • •Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
  • •Previous sales and service support in a banking environment.
  • •Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and bank personnel.
  • •Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills; capable of handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
