Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team managing change governance, control evaluation, issues & events, audits & exams, and access management.
  • •Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, products, services, and risk profile.

  • •Analyze data to proactively identify risks and trends and provide insights to internal customers.
  • •Advise business partners on implementing risk policies and programs, driving collaboration across risk, compliance, operational risk, legal, and privacy.

Salary: USD 161,500 - 184,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services or Risk Management.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in project, process, or program management.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in People Management.
  • •Risk certifications such as CRCM, CAMS, CIPP, or ABA Risk Management Certification (or PMP / CPM).
