Job Summary

Serve as a trusted technical advisor, turning business requirements into end-to-end network solutions spanning communications, network gear, interconnects, hardware, and hybrid cloud services. Own long-term network strategy and design specifications, collaborate with stakeholders, and support pre-sales activities including POCs, executive summaries, and rFP/rFI responses to help sales close complex client engagements. Transition proposed solutions from presales to delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Transform business requirements into comprehensive network solutions across the communications layer to networking protocols, including hybrid solution elements.
•Analyze and recommend long-term network strategic plans to meet current and future capacity requirements.
•Create technical specifications and detailed design documents aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.
•Provide pre-sales technical support, influence sales teams, and participate in scope determination, product pricing, and rFP/rFI responses.
•Develop and manage proofs of concept (POCs), and transition proposed solutions from presales to delivery while preparing executive summaries and supporting client presentations.

Key Requirements

•Deep knowledge of network protocols, topologies, security, routing, switching, wireless networks, and IP addressing.
•Broad product knowledge with an integrated understanding of network technologies.
•Familiarity with IoT, big data, network management, quality of service (QoS), cloud computing, and virtualization.
•Extensive experience in technical roles such as software development, systems design/deployment, or networking and infrastructure in large-scale multinational technology services.
•A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
