Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide early VFX guidance across scripts, treatments, budgets, and pitches, advising on feasibility and methodology.
  • •Oversee VFX breakdowns, bidding, scheduling, and show health across multiple Chinese Language titles.
  • •Evaluate, onboard, and mentor local and regional vendors, studios, supervisors, and emerging talent.
  • •Lead adoption of Virtual Production workflows where appropriate and identify scalable technologies to improve outcomes.
  • •Monitor trends and lead training, workshops, and outreach to elevate regional VFX capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in VFX supervision, production, or management across film, series, or high-end streaming.
  • •Proven success managing complex, multi-vendor VFX productions.
  • •Experience working in Chinese-language markets.
  • •Fluency in Mandarin and English.
  • •Strong understanding of CG, compositing, asset/shot pipelines, on-set VFX supervision, and Virtual Production tools.
