Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of customers' technical success on the UiPath Platform, driving technical workstreams that create business value.
•Provide embedded technical advisory to mature automation programs and expand customers’ achievable goals.
•Guide UiPath Platform infrastructure planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
•Enable customer technical stakeholders with UiPath Platform best practices and tailor guidance to their automation needs.
•Perform design/code reviews and technical health checks, and collaborate with Product Support to resolve escalated incidents.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio for automation development and best practices.
•Proven expertise in UiPath Document Understanding (DU) for intelligent document processing.
•Experience programming .NET or Java applications, with cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
•Proven track record in customer-facing technical account management or consulting roles.
•English fluency, with resumes submitted in English.
