Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute the high-level strategic direction of project controls including cost management, risk management, and schedule management
  • •Manage the project budget approval process and prepare documentation for gateway/approval
  • •Lead risk workshops to identify risks, assess likelihood/severity, and define mitigation actions
  • •Lead project controls deliverables requiring cross-functional input and provide clear direction to the team
  • •Develop and produce regular reporting and manage project execution plans (PEP) and related documentation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field
  • •Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred
  • •12+ years of relevant project controls experience
  • •2+ years managing high performing project control teams in a consulting environment
  • •Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
