•Lead the delivery leadership team and PMO function, ensuring delivery excellence across key projects.
•Create and maintain the 1-year delivery strategy within the delivery function, aligning with Tech and BAU.
•Oversee all projects within Tech, identifying risks and mitigating them.
•Plan and manage a resourcing strategy for all Tech projects to meet objectives.
•Communicate with stakeholders and ensure alignment of project goals with business priorities.

•Experience working with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, to translate business strategy into delivery plans.
