Responsible for selling and marketing Truist mortgage loan products by executing mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals. Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products, while maintaining thorough knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market guidelines. Drive consistent mortgage referral processes to deepen client opportunities, and support mortgage loan fulfillment with post-closing/document follow-up as needed.

•Demonstrated proficiency in relevant computer applications.
•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new/transfer registration and an applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
