Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate complex software-related customer concerns across vehicle domains by analyzing logs, diagnostic data, telemetry, and field reports.
  • •Reproduce software defects and validate issue conditions in collaboration with engineering teams, including intermittent issues.
  • •Monitor field performance of software releases and OTA deployments, identify emerging risks, and validate effectiveness of fixes after deployment.
  • •Manage software-related field issues through detection-to-closure, including tracking progress across software versions and vehicle programs.
  • •Perform root cause analysis and partner with engineering teams on corrective actions, differentiating software defects, integration issues, calibration concerns, and hardware-software interactions.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in automotive software quality, systems engineering, diagnostics, validation, field quality, or software development.
