Job Summary

Senior-level real estate transactions lead for NVIDIA’s data center and real estate portfolio, driving structuring, negotiation, and closing of complex global deals across offices, labs, garages, and data centers. You’ll coordinate across Finance, Legal, and external advisors, manage risk and timelines, and lead multi-geography negotiations with a focus on data center real estate, leases, and related agreements.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and supervise real estate transactions, coordinate due diligence, negotiate data center leases, power/utility agreements, financing contracts, and related documents.
•Structure and negotiate data center lease terms aligned with NVIDIA’s requirements and long-term outlook.
•Coordinate transactions across NVIDIA’s office, labs, garage, and ancillary real estate portfolio domestically and internationally.
•Serve as liaison between NVIDIA, landlords, brokers, legal counsel, and technical advisors to maintain alignment.
•Partner with Finance, Legal, Insurance, Tax and other internal teams to manage risk, timelines, and expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,000 - 276,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in real estate transactions with U.S. and international exposure, focused on data center real estate.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in economics, finance, accounting, real estate, or related field.

•Experience leading site selection and due diligence (zoning, environmental, utility considerations).
•Proficiency in real estate finance, legal concepts, and ability to communicate complex contractual terms.
