Job Summary

Assist the Foreperson with daily production duties by operating heavy equipment and performing plant-related work at an asphalt/aggregate facility. Perform maintenance and repairs, including welding and fabrication as required, clean up plant areas, lubricate and maintain equipment, and address safety hazards and malfunctions. Follow directions and company safety procedures, adhere to policies, and support team efforts while maintaining regular attendance.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Foreperson with daily production duties by operating heavy equipment and performing miscellaneous plant-related functions.
•Perform essential maintenance and repair work throughout the plant, including equipment lubrication and general upkeep.
•Carry out welding and fabrication duties as required.
•Clean up around the plant and surrounding areas.
•Detect safety hazards and malfunctions and respond accordingly, while following safety and company policy procedures.

Key Requirements
