Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop a team of two through coaching, performance management, and a culture of shared ownership.
  • •Lead execution of complex, cross-functional procurement projects by setting priorities and removing blockers.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (FP&A, Security, IT, Legal) to improve purchasing processes and resolve misalignments.
  • •Build strategic relationships with vendors and technology partners to leverage discounts and maximize value.
  • •Provide procurement process training and drive program improvements using AI and emerging tools.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Procurement Specialist or Procurement Manager, including experience managing or directly leading others.

  • •Ability to understand market dynamics, exercise sound business judgment, and manage/mitigate risks.
  • •Strong data management and analytics skills to gather, clean, and interpret data.
