Lead regional FP&A for APJI by owning annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. Key Responsibilities

•Lead regional FP&A processes including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
•Partner with regional leadership to align financial goals with business objectives to support sustainable growth and profitability.
•Deliver actionable insights through variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to drive cost efficiency and margin optimization.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial plans align with business goals, market dynamics, and organizational priorities.
•Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations; drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting tools while coaching and developing team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; MBA or CPA preferred.
•10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial strategy, or related roles (preferably in technology, networking, or telecommunications).
•Proven leadership track record managing regional or global FP&A functions.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
•Proficiency with financial systems and tools (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel and financial modeling, and Power BI.
