Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in global compensation benchmarking, data validation, and salary range maintenance.
  • •Support global benefits administration, renewals, vendor coordination, and employee inquiries.
  • •Maintain JD repository updates and assist with job architecture alignment and governance.
  • •Conduct advanced analysis in Excel/Google Sheets and develop dashboards; prepare data for TR leadership.
  • •Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People Services to support TR processes and respond to employee inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or broader Total Rewards; global company experience preferred.
  • •Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities; experience with PowerBI, Python, or similar tools is a plus (not required).
  • •Foundational understanding of compensation fundamentals (e.g., benchmarking, job matching, salary structures, annual cycles).
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • •Clear and concise communication skills; ability to explain TR concepts to non-experts.
