Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the training program lifecycle, including gap analysis, content development, field delivery, certification cycles, and performance measurement with a continuous improvement loop.
  • •Build and maintain the training calendar and deployment readiness, including site visit cadence and operational launch for new or newly qualifying sites.
  • •Serve as the bridge between Instructional Designers and site-level Associate Directors and General Managers to ensure alignment and clear rollout of curriculum and certification updates.
  • •Monitor standard work adherence and training KPIs, partner with Analytics for reporting, and develop remediation/action plans for chronically underperforming sites.
  • •Partner to select, onboard, and develop a high-quality bench of certified Trainers, including train-the-trainer materials and ongoing trainer observations.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in training program management, human capital, learning and development, operations, or a related field.
  • •Proven ability to design and run training programs at scale across a distributed footprint, not just build content.
  • •Develop training needs assessments, training strategies, and training plans with key business stakeholders.
  • •Strong data literacy to interpret standard work results, certification completion funnels, ramp rates, and quality miss rates.
  • •Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
