Job Summary

Develop and manage sourcing strategies for raw material categories that support company operations. Conduct market analysis, lead RFQs, negotiations, and contracting for strategic suppliers, and collaborate with Legal on commercial terms and pricing. Optimize total cost of ownership, ensure supply continuity, and monitor supplier performance against KPIs/SLAs while driving cost savings and sustainable sourcing initiatives through cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business objectives and manufacturing requirements.
•Lead market analysis and sourcing initiatives, including RFQs, negotiations, and contracting for strategic suppliers.
•Conduct commercial negotiations and partner with Legal on contractual terms, commercial terms, and pricing.
•Manage supplier relationships and performance to meet KPIs, SLAs, and sustainability standards while ensuring supply continuity.
•Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement through strategic sourcing plans and reporting metrics; identify sustainable sourcing and supplier development opportunities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred or recognized equivalent).
•8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
•Experience sourcing raw materials such as chemicals, polymers, or feedstocks.
•Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
•English required: conversational level (B2 or superior) with strong reading comprehension for daily communication and document review.
