Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver instructor-led, in-person and web-based training to new and existing employees in the NYC/Central region
  • •Conduct needs assessments, design and develop training materials and resources for end-users
  • •Administer training to retail personnel via scheduled visits and virtual methods for new store openings, turnover, new hires, and relocations
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for retail teams regarding training, follow-up, and operational support
  • •Collaborate with Internal Control and cross-functional departments to develop, update, and implement retail policies and procedures

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree
  • •Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role with curriculum development and training delivery; retail operations experience preferred or transferable skills

  • •Strong written and verbal skills; excellent and articulate presentation abilities to motivate and inspire
  • •Ability to listen well and communicate effectively to audiences at multiple levels; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
