Job Summary

Lead and deliver instructor-led, in-person and web-based training for Hermès retail staff across the NYC/Central region. Develop needs assessments, design training materials, and coordinate with Internal Control and cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and policy adoption. Serve as the subject-matter expert on store policies and procedures and support field training and new store openings.

•Conduct needs assessments, design and develop training materials and resources for end-users
•Administer training to retail personnel via scheduled visits and virtual methods for new store openings, turnover, new hires, and relocations
•Serve as the primary point of contact for retail teams regarding training, follow-up, and operational support
•Collaborate with Internal Control and cross-functional departments to develop, update, and implement retail policies and procedures

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree
•Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role with curriculum development and training delivery; retail operations experience preferred or transferable skills

•Strong written and verbal skills; excellent and articulate presentation abilities to motivate and inspire
•Ability to listen well and communicate effectively to audiences at multiple levels; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
