Key Responsibilities

•Champion presales opportunities in Military and Defense for solutions including Barrett, counter UAS, mesh networks, and radio communications.
•Own the full project lifecycle for network integration, from scope definition through final project close.
•Manage technical solution aspects, including customer requirements and expectations, and define directions to ensure timely implementation and quality.
•Provide customer engineering services such as commissioning and testing Motorola equipment and system presentations for internal/external stakeholders.
•Directly prepare system bids based on customer needs, available equipment, and required modifications with the product group.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Comfortable leading technical discussions and developing sustainable, commercially viable solution designs for the Military and Defense vertical.
•Bachelor’s degree (or related experience) in technical fields such as Engineering, Data Science, Wireless Networks, or Project Management (Master’s is a plus).
•Experience producing high-quality technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and proposal documentation while collaborating across stakeholders.
•Solid understanding of the Military and Defense vertical and wireless networks, field implementation, integrated solutions, and delivery.
•Strong written and oral communication plus strong decision-making, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
