Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow and build the Starshield Account Management function with a focus on user adoption while ensuring customers are set up for success
  • •Hire and lead an exceptional team
  • •Identify and build tools and capabilities to manage accounts at scale, partnering with application software and finance teams to automate
  • •Own the customer interface from contract signature onwards, including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth
  • •Manage project management and contract delivery for customer verticals, serving as a final check before signature and ensuring deliverables are on time
