Job Summary

Product Development Engineer in Intel Foundry’s Parametric Test area (ETest) to develop and validate electric test programs for MOS, ROS and interconnect structures, collaborating with Device and Quality engineers to define test content, validate designs, and improve testing methods while coordinating with operations and factories to meet capacity constraints. Relevance to high-volume semiconductor testing, design-for-test, and scripting in Linux/C/C++/Python is expected. This is an on-site role in Hillsboro, OR.

Key Responsibilities

•Define test content with Device and Quality engineers and develop the actual test programs; validate results on silicon
•Develop and improve testing methods and systems to support new designs, improve quality or reduce testing time
•Collaborate with operations and module engineers to define high-volume systems and work with factories to meet capacity constraints
•Develop new test approaches and automate data collection to enable faster decision-making
•Contribute to design-for-test initiatives and test strategy for Intel Foundry products

Key Requirements

•PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field with 6+ months of relevant experience OR Master’s degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
•Hands-on experience in designing and measuring electrical circuits or devices, instrument design, device physics, automating electrical data collection, and experience with semiconductor parametric analyzers
•Preferred qualifications include experience in parametric testing on high-volume testers (e.g., 4080 or V93K), design for test, and proficiency in Linux, C/C++, or Python scripting
