Own the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of complex, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns. Drive CRM strategy initiatives tied to customer lifecycle management and product adoption, collaborating with product, data, engineering, and marketing to improve engagement and retention through continuous, data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and implementation of multi-channel lifecycle customer journeys (email, push, in-app, SMS) with segmentation, personalization, and automation.
•Configure and maintain advanced CRM logic using dynamic content, Liquid logic, webhooks, and connected content to deliver hyper-personalized experiences.
•Define and drive CRM strategy for initiatives such as customer lifecycle management and product adoption to improve engagement and retention.
•Manage complex CRM workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting.
•Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to refine targeting, content, and triggers; serve as the internal CRM subject-matter expert for best practices in templates, deliverability, and compliance.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of hands-on CRM experience in fast-paced B2C environments; fintech experience is highly preferable.
•Proven experience building and managing complex automated campaigns in enterprise CRM platforms such as Braze, CleverTap, or Iterable.
•Expertise implementing advanced CRM logic including Liquid scripting, dynamic content, webhooks, and connected content.
•Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and data flows.
•Comfort working with data (SQL, analytics dashboards, A/B testing); familiarity with HTML/CSS for email development is a plus.
