Job Summary

Drive monthly and quarterly international reporting cycles by managing end-to-end reporting, governance, and compliance. Streamline regional finance workflows through process automation to improve accuracy and capacity. Build and enhance Tableau dashboards that provide real-time financial insight for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Partner with Sales and Finance Business Partners to translate complex data into decision-ready models and visualizations, including support for commit view development and ad-hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end execution of monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles, ensuring compliance with international regulations and internal governance standards.
•Evaluate financial workflows to detect inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline, standardize, and automate routine processes.
•Create, support, and enhance Tableau dashboards that serve as a single source of truth for real-time financial results.
•Work with Sales Leaders and Finance Business Partners to translate complex data into clear models and visualizations for non-finance stakeholders.
•Support end-to-end development of commit views and deliver ad-hoc financial analysis for pre-sales controlling teams.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Proven familiarity with Tableau for data visualization and hands-on experience using Alteryx for data preparation and ETL processes is strongly preferred.
•Demonstrated capacity to interpret extensive datasets and extract KPIs that support optimization and development.
•Comprehensive grasp of financial modeling, international reporting practices, and standard FP&A planning cycles.
•Strong communication capabilities combined with an innovative problem-solving mindset, able to thrive in a fast-moving, adaptive environment.
