•Translate technical and program data into clear, understandable content for government audiences, balancing accuracy with strategic messaging.
•Review RFPs, formulate content strategies, draft compliant proposal documents, and create win themes.
•Participate in kick-off meetings and review sessions; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables.
•Manage assigned proposal volumes, revise documents based on feedback, and ensure final submissions meet standards, are accurate/complete, and comply with RFP requirements and deadlines.

•Minimum 7 years of professional experience drafting, composing, refining, and editing federal proposal content for technical, management, staffing (including resumes), transition, and past performance volumes.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts to quickly grasp technical concepts and ask clarifying questions to strengthen proposal content.
•Develop and incorporate win themes into proposal content while working independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Proficiency with M365 tool suite and SharePoint; ability to provide a portfolio with at least 2 writing samples and work from the Herndon, VA office at least two days a week.
