Job Summary

Join Epiroc’s Product Support team as a Product Specialist for surface drilling solutions. You’ll commission new equipment, provide technical expertise and after-sales support across SmartROC, FlexiROC, and PowerROC rigs, and help drive continuous product improvement by feeding detailed customer feedback back to the factory. You’ll also develop customer and internal technical capabilities while supporting safe, efficient drilling operations and traveling to customer sites across Australia.
