Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Quality Lead for the F135 Modernization Project, ensuring alignment with program objectives and quality standards throughout redesign and modernization efforts.
  • •Evaluate and implement new equipment and technologies (including Airfoil 2.0 and model-based processes) with cross-functional teams.
  • •Provide quality guidance for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Inspect-ability (DFI), ensuring manufacturability and effective inspection processes.
  • •Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues from F135 modernization trials by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Develop and validate robust inspection methodologies and support inspection/feedback-loop redesign to improve process capability and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Quality, or a related field; or a master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
